To start, all of our employees are W-2 employees and background-checked. Also, we create a cleaning plan that is right for each job, whether that means we are cleaning during business hours or after-hours. One of the things that sets Environment Control apart from our competitors is that all of our contracts are month-to-month. We don’t lock any of our customers into a long-term contract. We also have a 60-day guarantee. So if you aren’t satisfied after 60 days, we’ll return all invoices paid.

Window cleaning is an essential service for businesses wanting to put their best foot forward. Environment Control does indoor and outdoor window cleaning, blind cleaning, and perimeter and non-perimeter window cleaning.
We offer a variety of carpet cleaning services, including extraction carpet cleaning and bonnet carpet cleaning. Extraction cleaning (including carpet shampooing) provides in-depth extraction of dirt, while bonnet cleaning is a quicker, cheaper, surface-level clean.
Long before COVID, we’ve had a high standard of disinfecting that kills bacteria and viruses using products with a kill time of one minute. COVID sanitation can be included in janitorial services, or as a stand-alone service, especially for businesses that need disinfecting spraying between shifts.
