Why am I in this business? and Who are WE at Environment Control of Albuquerque?!
When I told my wife I was going to be the Operations Manager, and then become the OWNER for a Building Maintenance Company she about had a heart attack. I was not one you would ask to do this, clean or fix things. EC has given me a place, a platform, a foundation for me to exercise not only my business skills, but a platform for me to connect, meet, interact, and love all different types of people.
Yet, they all somehow remind me of myself either currently, in the past, or where I want to go. So what better way to reflect who I want to be other than serving and treating my employees and customers, the way I want to be treated. The DNA of my company is infused with OUR Mission, Vision, and Values. In hopes that somehow you relate.
I didn't grow up dreaming of owning a Building Maintenance Company, I stepped into this role during a pivotal time in my life—not just to build a business, but to build something meaningful and transformational.
This company has taught me how to lead when things break, how to grow when things feel stuck, and how to show up with integrity even when the world isn't watching.
I've poured my heart into this business, and rebuilt it from the inside out. Why? Because I believe in what we're creating—not just clean spaces, but safe, consistent, empowering environments for our clients and our team.
